To apply for a position at Oregon Trail Chapter, you may submit an application packet which includes the following:

    Downloadable Application - .pdf version

2. Voluntary Affirmative Action Survey
    Downloadable Applicant Self-Identification Form- Word version

3. Cover letter

4. Resume
