weighing up to 40 lbs. from the supply room to vehicle and from vehicle
to course site with varying accessibility.

Responsibilities:
Seeking instructors to teach adults first aid/CPR and youth classes Babysitters Training and When Im in Charge
at the Red Cross and other locations in our service area. This is a
part-time job with a varied schedule and a minimum requirement of 32
teaching hours per month. You will be requested to work primarily
weekdays between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., some evenings and/or weekends, especially for youth classes.
Applicants must have excellent communication and
presentation skills in fluent English AND Spanish and experience
teaching / training adults and children. Current authorization as a Red
Cross first aid/CPR instructor is a plus. A vehicle is needed to
transport equipment to class sites.
Qualifications:
Experience with teaching / training adults and children.
Must maintain at a minimum current certification as First Aid/CPR and AED Instructor.
Possess excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
Ability
to interact effectively with people of different cultures
and demonstrate awareness of own cultural views and attitudes as
well as of different cultures.
Ability to work effectively with volunteers.
Salary:
$11.59 - $14.00
